BGI Technologies will soon introduce an new line of engineered In-Line 'F' Series 75 Ohm attenuators.
The new APQ > Hi-Q 1 GHz series will complement the existing FAM* Series attenuator but will offer precision performance for Head End, Node and MDU requirements. This new design focuses on high performance applications where precision attenuation and high reliability is demanded in both Analog and Digital technologies. Very tight specifications are achieved using Surface Mount Technology ( SMT) and rigid adherence to high quality components in the manufacturing process. The physical design utilizes a heavy brass body with a fully sealed cavity and front seal on F(male) and female interface. Traditional series attenuators often hang heavy cables or components off the in-line application making the susceptible to breakage and causing ingress or outages. This design is far more robust adding greater reliability to critical signal paths. BGI Technologies will soon be receiving the new Hi-Q 1GHz Single Port Direction Coupler Series into inventory. The new Hi-Q series has been engineered to be the top performance DC on the market to meet the industries demand for high performance Digital Signal distribution. The DCGR Series incorporates all the traditional SCTE compliance for a wall plate or right angle application. The DCGT series matches the same criteria but in a T-form horizontal shape. This new design focuses on high performance and high reliability DC applications are demanded in both Analog and Digital technologies. Very tight specifications are achieved using Surface Mount Technology ( SMT) and rigid adherence to high quality components in the manufacturing process. The DCGRMQ* and DCGTMQ* Series incorporate an enhanced 180 degree gold contact to improve the 'F' center conductor interface. The DCGRDQ* and DCGTDQ* Series utilize the most proven 360 degree gold contact on the market. The Super 360G design maintains superior contact force over the widest contact size range ensuring repeatable and reliable contact from #23 through #18 sized center conductors.
